Education:BA (Hons) Mathematics, Delhi University; LL.B, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi; LLM, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi.
Mr. Sharma’s practice covers diverse areas of Litigation and Dispute Resolution besides advisory and opinion related work on various Corporate Commercial laws.
He has been actively involved in Arbitrations and Dispute settlement and has Litigation experience in the Supreme Court, Different State High Courts, City Civil Court, Metropolitan Magistrate’s Court, AAIFR, BIFR, DRT,DRAT and Arbitrations. He has also been involved in a number of Writ petitions, suits, summary suits, appeals, Arbitration proceedings and in drafting relevant pleadings, and legal notices. He has undertaken litigation of almost all hues viz. criminal – cyber-laws/customs/taxation/economic offences, matrimonial offences, civil – injunction/recovery/declaration, consumer disputes, commercial disputes, matrimonial disputes, motor accident claims, AAIFR, BIFR, DRT etc., from the stage of drafting to trial and till the appellate stage.
Being a Certified Mediator Mr. Sharma has extensive experience in Mediation and is an expert in mediation, arbitration and conciliation laws and techniques.
